You may request account deletion within the app itself. You may do so by accessing "Perfil" -> "Otras Opciones" -> "Iniciar eliminación de cuenta". You may provide any feedback if so you wish within "Comentarios" then click "Iniciar eliminación". We will proceed to start the account deletion process after you have click on "Sí, proceder".

You have 14 days to cancel the account deletion process. You may cancel the account deletion process by accessing "Perfil" -> "Otras Opciones" -> "Cancelar eliminación de cuenta". We will immediately cancel the process of deleting your account once you click on "Sí, proceder".

Once your account has been deleted from our servers, there is no way to recover any lesson progress and information about you.

5. Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App or provide any personal information to us.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the App.
